Before creating DONE, Thierry Clottu founded TCL Concept, a product development agency working behind the scenes for established brands.
This experience informs every design decision, from proportions to mechanical choices.
At DONE, design doesn't cover up the mechanics, it reveals them.

A trajectory guided by mechanics
A microtechnology engineer, Thierry Clottu has been involved in watch development for over twenty years, working closely with movements and their construction. In 2012, he founded TCL Concept, an independent development firm serving major watch brands.
The idea of creating his own watch was born at a precise moment, from a fascination with mechanics that has never left him.
In 2016, this dream took shape with the creation of DONE Watches.
The brand was born from the desire to design watches where nothing is hidden, where every design decision is justified by the mechanics.
An independent approach, built over time, true to a clear vision of the craft.
