Only the French Terms are valid and those in other languages are there for information. DONE WATCHES is a brand of TCL CONCEPT Sàrl. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) define the conditions applicable to sales made between, on the one hand, people wishing to purchase a product sold by DONE WATCHES SARL, hereinafter "client" and the other part "DONE WATCHES", a limited liability company, whose registered office is located in Cormondrèche, Switzerland.

1. PRICE OF ARTICLE

  4. For deliveries to the countries mentioned in point 3, the customer is solely responsible for the duties and taxes applied by his country when the goods pass through customs. DONE WATCHES will not be responsible for these costs.

2. ORDER

  1. Customer may place orders on the website at any time.

6. WARRANTY DONE WATCHES

7. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT

  1. DONE WATCHES watches worldwide through "Swiss Post" (CH Post AG) or FedEx.
  2. Delivery fees on Swiss territory are free.
  3. The shipping costs in the EU and the rest of the world, are indicated on the website during the checkout process.
  4. Once the goods ready for shipment, the delivery time in Switzerland by Swiss Post is about 2 working days.
  5. The deadlines for routes outside the territory of Switzerland vary by country (see details when ordering) but it takes between 4 and 12 business days for the EU and 7 to 25 working days for the rest of the world. These times are not guaranteed by DONE WATCHES because beyond our control (management by "Swiss Post" (CH Post AG) and its partners abroad or by FedEx).
  6. Once the goods ready for shipment, the customer can monitor his order with the issue of "TRACKING" number that the client receives in the shipping confirmation email.

8. PAYMENT
