When a DONE watch is delivered, are there any fees/taxes applied?
The delivery cost of our watches is free of charge worldwide. DONE watches delivered to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the European Union are sold at the price including VAT and other taxes. Watches delivered to other countries are sold at the price excluding taxes. Customs and VAT charges are applied to the delivery of the package. These charges vary depending on the destination region of the package and are not covered by DONE Watches.
Where are the DONE watches assembled?
The DONE watches are all assembled in our watchmaking workshops in Dombresson, in the canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
Are the DONE watches "SWISS MADE"?
Yes, they are. The DONE watches respect the criteria defined by the "Swiss Made ordinance" which requires that : The technical development of the watch is done in Switzerland. The cost of the watch (watch head) is at least 60% Swiss. The movement is Swiss and assembled in Switzerland. The assembly of the watch and the final control is done in Switzerland.
Are all components of the watch produced in Switzerland?
Although we are increasingly committed to local production, we still produce some of the watch components abroad at our carefully selected suppliers.
I live outside Switzerland and would like to have my DONE watch repaired by a local watchmaker, does the two-year international warranty still apply?
Yes, we offer solutions to limit "import-export" problems. Please contact us at info@donewatches.ch and together we will find the best alternative for you.
I have seen that you offer a wide range of bracelets. Is it necessary to have specific tools to change my bracelets?
No, all our bracelets are equipped with spring bars with the "quick easy change" system. Changing bracelets is done easily by hand in less than 10 seconds.
How long will the delivery take?
For Switzerland, it takes 1 to 2 working days and for foreign countries 4 to 12 days (depending on the country of destination).
Will I be informed once my watch is shipped?
Yes, once the watch is shipped we will send you a tracking number to follow your package.
Can I return my watch and get a refund if I don't like it?
Yes, we apply the "satisfied or refunded" policy for a period of 30 days after receiving your watch (see details in the terms and conditions).
Is it possible to try on / see the collections?
We love to share our passion for watches, so it is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our offices in Cormondrèche to share a coffee and present our timepieces.
Once the 2-year warranty is over, can I still have my watch repaired in the DONE Watches workshops?
Although the two-year warranty is over, we guarantee repairs and services in our watchmaking workshops.

Where are DONE watches sent from?
The DONE Watches are sent by FedEx or Swiss Post from our offices in Cormondrèche, Switzerland.
Where can I buy a DONE Watch?
The DONE Watches are only sold on the internet from the official website of the brand www.donewatches.ch.
How is it possible to achieve such competitive prices while maintaining high quality?
At DONE Watches we have set ourselves the goal of selling our models only on the internet. This "B2C" sales process allows us to cut out the entire chain of intermediaries and deliver our brand products directly to the customer.
