Free shipping
All DONE orders are shipped free of charge, wherever you are.
In Switzerland, please allow 2 to 3 working days.
Internationally, between 5 and 10 days depending on your destination.
Each shipment is tracked and requires a signature upon delivery.
Watches delivered to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the European Union are sold with all taxes included.
For other destinations, local customs fees may apply upon receipt and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Without complications
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from receipt to return your watch if it does not suit you.
The item must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and be kept in its original packaging, including the case and accessories.
Once the return is accepted, we will proceed with a refund or exchange according to your preference.
Return shipping costs and any customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty and after-sales service
Every DONE watch comes with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects under normal use.
It does not apply to damage caused by impacts, improper use, or unauthorized intervention (see details in the general terms and conditions).

All DONE models are equipped with the quick release system.
Changing them is done by hand, without tools, in a few seconds.
