Free shipping
DONE Watches ships orders in carefully prepared and secure packaging.
- Switzerland: Free delivery, handled by Swiss Post within 2 to 3 business days.
- International: Shipping entrusted to FedEx and delivered within 3 to 10 business days.
International delivery is free for all watches and for all accessory orders starting from CHF 200.-. Below this amount, shipping fees of CHF 25.- apply.
Orders delivered in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the European Union are sold with all taxes included, covered by DONE Watches.
For other destinations, local customs fees may apply upon receipt and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Without complications
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from receipt to return your watch if it does not suit you.
The item must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and be kept in its original packaging, including the case and accessories.
Once the return is accepted, we will proceed with a refund or exchange according to your preference.
Return shipping costs and any customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

Peace of mind
Warranty and after-sales service
Every DONE watch comes with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects under normal use.
It does not apply to damage caused by impacts, improper use, or unauthorized intervention (see details in the general terms and conditions).

Changing them is done by hand, without tools, in a few seconds.
