Refund policy

RETURN POLICY
We apply a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be in its original condition, unworn, with no signs of use, and accompanied by its complete packaging, case and accessories included.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@donewatches.ch stating your order number and the reason for the return.
No return will be accepted without our prior agreement.

International Returns
For any return from abroad, we ask that you contact us before shipping in order to agree on the best procedure together.
The customs constraints associated with international shipments require prior coordination. We will find the most suitable solution together.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to DONE Watches, in which case return shipping costs are covered by DONE Watches.

Non-Returnable Items
Engraved, personalised, or modified watches cannot be returned. Special editions and made-to-order pieces are also excluded from the right of return.

European Union Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with European regulations, customers residing in the European Union are entitled to a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Our 30-day policy is more favourable than the statutory 14-day period and fully supersedes it for customers residing in the European Union.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its acceptance or rejection. If accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
