SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days upon receipt and payment confirmation. No orders are processed on weekends or Swiss public holidays.
Packaging
All DONE Watches products are shipped in carefully designed, secure packaging to ensure delivery in perfect condition.
Shipping within Switzerland
Orders destined for Switzerland are shipped via Swiss Post (Post CH AG) in a secure parcel with mandatory signature upon delivery. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
DONE Watches ships its products worldwide via FedEx in secure parcels. International orders are delivered within 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Delivery is free in Switzerland for all orders, regardless of the amount. For international orders, delivery is free from CHF 200.-. Below this amount, shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Taxes and Customs Fees
For orders delivered to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the European Union: prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Customs duties and import fees are covered by DONE Watches.
For orders delivered outside Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the European Union: prices displayed are exclusive of taxes (VAT excluded).
Any applicable customs duties and import fees in the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.
Liability for Delays
The delivery times indicated are estimates and do not constitute a contractual guarantee. DONE Watches cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Swiss Post (Post CH AG) and its partners abroad, by FedEx, by customs services, or by any event beyond our control.
